Lightnig strikes level restriction

If you think you're entitled to every single piece of content without actually putting any time into the game you might want to hit that uninstall button.

I think we are entitled to get content related to our level. A LV13 item has no battle-use for a LV45 class. Should have just made the quests at most LV25. This restriction is causing my alt character to grind, and I'd hate to see a new player race through the story just because SE made a stupid decision.
