    EDIT: Allow me to clarify...

    Yes, I did have a dungeon where the healer was DPSing while doing a ripper job at keeping us alive. This is by far the most sought after healer and with good reason.

    My case and point: if I am faced with choosing between a healer that wont DPS and the party lives vs a healer that DPS's and people die and/or the group repeatedly wipes due to this, I will forever choose the first option.

    Haha, ditto.

    I think DPS with a healer is acceptable when appropriate, but it's a dangerous art to mess with. Overall, heals > DPS for a healer. Usually.

    It isn't dangerous in the least. I'll DPS Titan all the way through to P5 (and be at like 25% MP). Then I'll be generally studdly and end the match max MP. Scholar rules.

    If i get bored... i tend to nuke.... however i may recosidder.... killed myself a few times by pulling hate due to nukeing -_-

    Yeah if the tank is pulling several groups of mobs at the same time, you have to be careful with that. They will all agro the healer. I just do whatever works for the party.

    Unfortunately, BLM is my main but I love not doing dps in dungeons as SCH. Gives me time to read manga while gaining tomes!
