Just a variety of typo/grammar/little errors, that maybe could be fixed up? I love the extra information in the fishing log! I myself am terrible for typos and bad spellerering, but I just want to help make the game perfect
Page 1
Moraby Flounder: Personal pronoun "his" should be capitalised to "His" as it references the Wanderer (some entries have the capitalised personal pronouns, others do not?).
Page 2
Ala Mhigan Fighting Fish: Tanks should be tank.
Navigator's Dagger: At "her" enemies should be revised with a capital as it references Llymlaen.
Page 3
Sea Pickle: Described on item as a Far Eastern delicacy, but Fish Guide says it is a Sea Wolf delicacy. I mean, it can be both! Yum.
Page 4
Grip Killifish: "A rare type of fish found harsh environments such as stagnant the rainwater ponds collecting in the basin of Empty Heart on the western finger of the Gods' Grip" should read "A rare type of fish found in harsh environments such as the stagnant rainwater ponds collecting in the basin of Empty Heart on the western finger of the Gods' Grip".
Whitelip Oyster: Unsure on this one. It reads "Enterprising Ul'dah merchants" - should it be "Ul'dahn merchants"?
Page 5
Bronze Lake Trout: "This species of trout can was once only found in" should read "This species of trout was once only found in".
Loyal Pleco: "This variety of striped freshwater fish earns its name its tendency..." should read "This variety of striped freshwater fish earns its name for its tendency..."
Fall Jumper: Unsure on this first one - second sentence; "When they arrive at a falls..." should read "When they arrive at a fall..." or "When they arrive at falls..." Also, in the third sentence; "Some Ishgardians believe this ability was granted the fish when a drop of blood..." should read "Some Ishgardians believe the ability was granted to the fish..."
Kobold Puffer: When referencing the beastmen, kobold is not capitalised. I query this, as Amalj'aa is always capitalised when written?
Page 6
Goblin Perch: As above, Goblin is not capitalised, but we don't capitalise human in the real world, either.
Saucerfish: On the second sentence, there is a (?) after the word descendants which I think is not supposed to be there?
Page 7
Wandering Sculpin: Sometimes personal pronouns are capitalised in this description, other times it is not.
Little Thalaos: "Despite the modifier, the little Thalaos is anything but small, though; compared to the Thalaos of legend, even the largest of sea serpents would be deemed 'little.'" The semicolon is not needed.
Hope this is helpful!![]()
