Shadow Flare description

The lv50 ACN ability Shadow Flare contains the following help text:

"Additional Effect: 5% chance of sustained Slow"

However, the slow is always there (unless the monster fully resists it). I'm told that the Japanese version says something like "Additional Effect: Sustained 5% Slow effect"

I'm not 100% sure exactly what it should say, but the "chance" part is definitely wrong.

I can confirm it does happen 100% of the time unless it is fully resisted. I do believe the slow effect is around 5% as well by eyeballing Water Elementals casting bars.

On a similar note, The Fist abilities for monk when checked on the status effect list after applying them still show the 1.0 tooltip info, such as Fist of fire consuming MP for Fire based attacks, and Wind doing Wind based, which they do not do element damage anymore. They show the correct info in the actions page, just not when applied and check on status effects.
