T5 Coil group seeking for pernament member (DPS) for their raids

Greetings brave adventurers!

Who are we?
We are Group 3 of Excessum Gaming Community. Although we are quite fresh group (this is our 4th week of raiding in Final Fantasy) we've reached Phase 4 in Turn 5 of Coil with nearly full Dark Light gear. Today with our gear greatly improved and hours spent farming the crafted accessories in order to rise our HP for Turn 5, we are seeking for dedicated and high experienced DPS who would share our aims and passion and climb up the ladders of progression together with us. We are made of MMO Veterans with most of us having over 8 years experience in various MMO games.

Raiding Times:
Raiding at Monday, Wednesday and Sunday at 6:45-10:00 UK time.

What do we seek?
First of all we are looking for dedicated players who can communicate without any problems, who know their Job and have the will to improve and progress at fairly high pace. Sadly we are not accepting any PS3 players anymore. Despite trying few promising players, PS3 just doesn't give you enough tools to deal with the high pace of the game on some encounters.

Minimum full Darklight is required (and if that's the case all crafted accesorries) with minimum 3800 HP unbuffed, high level food prepared (40+), tactics knowledge and teamspirit. You also do need a Mumble client (PC one) and a working Mic.

BLM / SMN / BRD is prefared but exceptional players will be considered.
