Due to this "netcode decision" i'm gonna play until my month expire then move on to Wildstar.
That's the only reason i will leave.

They can keep the net code, but they need to adjust for its disadvantages to players.
whatever their "base ping" might be (50ms or 100ms I suppose), check if the connection is over that amount and adjust the cast time to compensate. so if the base was 100ms, and your ping was 150, your cast time would have 50ms added (or possibly 100 if you need to deal with both-way traffic)
This doesn't just fix the game for the people who are too far away from the servers - it also fixes it for people trying to play with those disadvantaged in DF, etc. More people able to do more content is always a good thing.
