Ever wanted to send a tell in an instance?

An option to would be very much wanted. At times, it's like this game doesn't want you to be social. I'm not in a FC, nor am I looking for one at present. My current link shells are more raid/dungeon based than anything else, so I /tell people pretty frequently.

It's bad enough a great deal of people treat the game like it's a single player game. It's not really helping either, with how the game is set up at that.
