In dungeons? I normally run with a static SCH/WHM as PLD/WAR (we're full DL + relic/+1); PLD just makes the runs smoother in most cases, the damage intake can easily be managed by nothing more than the fairy on most large pulls leaving my SCH to DPS their little heart out. The WAR + SCH combo is much the same outside of large pulls, although she does need to toss out an extra heal or shield occasionally; large pulls aren't recommended in most cases unless it's expected and prepared for, where as with PLD you can basically face-roll it. Basically PLD makes it easy-mode while WAR requires a bit more careful planning.
