I love this game!!! Can't stop playing

@Keyblade... sounds like someone has bigger issues than just not liking a game. o.O

Anyways, I, too, am having a blast. Love the aesthetics, and the music, and the way my character turned out. I enjoyed the main story line. I even really enjoyed the archer story line. I hope they make more story based side quests sometime in the near future. Crafting is relaxing for me. I like the FC system. And my favorite thing to do in the game is run dungeons and fight HM primals.

Been there, done that, still haven't slept because of Final Fantasy XIV.

Was supposed to stop now, but reading the forums made me want to log back in the game... and here I go.

Lol same here, What I am waiting for is more dungeon exp to increase so I can level my characters the way I want to, and PVP!

I was the same way, almost had half of my IL90 gear and just stopped playing lol Running Wp or AK is boring. Ill just unsub and wait 6months so i got stuff to do.

This be the only mmo...no, game of any kind, that has me yearning to play all the time. These feelings have been missing since FFXI. Now FFXIV is starting to bring that feeling back....and I couldn't be happier!

I'm addicted too! I get so distracted by the crafting/gathering for days on end...and I love answering shouts for low level groups in dungeons...I have a great time helping them through and remembering fondly my nightmares of old!
I love, love, love it....even log on for a sneaky hour during the day when "working from home"...
My OH plays also (PC, me on PS3) and the night always ends with one if us having to go to other room and say "we must stop. we must go to bed"....to which the other always replies "in a minute, just let me finish off this"....(1 hour later, still messing about)

I'm enjoying it so far. I take my time and play casually. Afterndoing quests I usually like to mute my pc and start gathering stuff to sell on the market board.

Maybe I'll take up crafting? I also like to admire certain zones... the scenery is amazing to look at!

I am looking forward for the patch, cant wait for the beauty saloon so that I can finaly change my appearance.

If I get bored I'll simply unsubscribe and keep up on any new contents. If I like it then I'll re subscribe simple as that

I've been playing FFXIV since the original game's closed ALPHA. ALPHA, PEOPLE. And I am still excited about the game to this day. Not so much during the few months after the game's launch, but my excitement escalated yet again when Yoshi-P was dragged into the proving grounds.

There may be people who don't like the game (see: every MMORPG forum ever - this game's forum isn't a special snowflake in that regard), but there are far more people who are playing the game and still having fun. Even if the progression raiders leave, the game will still retain a hefty amount of subscribers.
