We would see at the 4th april weekend (ps4 beta2 on the current live servers) 11th april (ps4 early access) and 14th april (ps4 launch)

It's mostly just people from ps3 switching to ps4. They have access to data and numbers that we don't. They wouldn't remove it to have early access problems all over again. It's not that many people playing this game.
