My FC on balmung is recruiting if interested. We're twin-adder-only, with endgame and RP LSes as well. We don't really ride on the LGBT bandwagon, but we also don't care what your orientation is -- we just want to enjoy the game with cool people. While both homosexual and heterosexual relationships come up in the natural flow of conversation, we make a point to stay away from any in-depth discussion on touchy RL topics (politics, religion, race, orientation, creed, whatever) and potentially offensive material (extreme profanity, hateful language, ERP, etc.). Tbh, it's never really been an issue.
That said, if you're looking for a 'gay pride' group, we probably won't fit that bill.

Also, depending on what content you do, try making friends with people from PUGs, I've made a number of friends by running Coil, Titan etc. and adding people who play well/people I enjoy playing with to my friends list, then keeping in contact with them and doing other stuff together. So get to Mor Dhona and join some pick up groups, make some friends and you'll have plenty of people to play with.

Just thought I'd add a useful response since this thread seems to have just turned into a mass of people trying to recruit you to their FC ><

I know the feeling none of the people i used to play with were interested in this game so i was on my own for awhile. It worked out i'm in a nice fc with good people who i can have a laugh with just put yourself out there you might feel uneasy but it's better than being alone for your time here also Bazza makes a good point as well.

Good luck though. I had some WOW people playing, and they dropped out. I transferred to faerie (lulz) and found a good FC and people were adding me left and right as a friend after healing their dungeons and what not. Pretty good experience for a solo player. I am sure you will find your niche soon!

If you ever pop onto Midgard please give me a tell. We just picked up a new FC member whose friends did the same thing to him. And no one like to play alone. We have a really active TS and FC. Lots of people to talk to and have fun with. I hope you find someone to play with soon.
