    Addons

    Are there any addons for this game? Such as dps meters, aggro meters,
    and if so where do I get them, and what kind of effect will have on fps?

    Addons are not yet supported.

    There is a built in aggro meter in the party frame and also colored dots on the list of monsters engaged.

    Thanks, never noticed before. I wonder if they have any plans for support of addons in the near future.

    Addons are not available in the current game yet.
    They said 6 month from launch so I'm guessing they are working for 2.2 (guessing, could be post 2.2)

    Hi, could you explain what the aggro meter is in the frame? I'm not sure if I'm seeing it or just too busy to look..

    The aggro meter in the party frame is located underneath your class/job icon. It's a little bar that fills white and you have to have an enemy targeted in order to see it. The colored dots are located in your enemy list. They change color depending on your aggro, green to yellow to orange to red. Hope that helps!

    Here's a post that includes stuff on the enmity meter. The enmity meter in FFXIV is incredibly helpful. It helps make managing enmity everyone's job, not just the tank's.
