Remove the job and refund the tomes.
Being excluded from titan and coil when that's 100% of end game isn't fun enough for me.

I love this suggestion though. Butcher's Block gains 50% of damage as a heal. Wouldn't amount to a ton, but it could be treated as a form of damage mitigation.
