Lightning fate needs to spawn more often

This part of the event will last only 2 days, if im not mistaken

It says "Previous chapters will remain available as new chapters are unlocked." It's good to be cautious to be sure you complete the event, but we have until 12-9-13 to complete all 4 parts of this event.
