I want to for certain understand exactly what my skills do mathematically, and know how they are enhanced from different stat points.

Defiance and Shield Oath both seem to do the same thing to Enmity, however how exactly do they work?

And more importantly, our skills.

Skull Sunder
Butchers Block

Savage Blade
Rage of Halone

I see on these forums lots of talk that Skull Sunder and Savage Blade are Damage X3 for Increased Enmity, and Butchers Block and Rage of Halone are X5. However I don't feel like that is accurate, and I was recently told by a friend that they give static amounts of enmity, it's just raw Damage after the Static amount that increase the threat Generation.

So, I intend to run a Parser with several scenarios in order to test these numbers out. Can anyone help me with cited info as to what the true numbers are? I can't find them at all, and I have been looking for a while. I would love to be able to re-test some of what a few people have documented.

As a Warrior, I want to do this research to find the best gear to go with for tanking. A Mix of Vitality and DPS accessories/Bonus Stats, or Full on Vitality.
I can tank Cadacus just fine with 30 points Bonus into Strength. However if Strength doesn't have much of an effect mathematically on Enmity, then I may as well go all out on Vitality to give my group the best chances and the most breathing room.

Any and all help is appreciated! Also, lets not go into this as if anyone is stupid, or flat out wrong. Lets just try and find the truth with examples and testing.
