They should make it that the tank's LB would increase all party member's stats by 200% for the next 15 seconds.
That would give them more HP, defence, damage etc. especially useful in titan's heart phase.
Tank is Tank, they are not buffer or amplifier lol

I only know of some groups that use Tank LB on Turn 4. But in all honesty, the better geared your group becomes, the faster things die, so Tank LB is not really neccesarry. We reached the point in Turn 4 where nothing is alive at the same time with a DN except for the stuff that pops with him...so we just use a Meele LB on the last Dreadnought when everything else is dead and take of around 30ish % of his HP in one LB.
Some people like to use the LB on the Adds...but I think it's a waste.
BTW Even as a tank LB and 2 people will barely notice that you used it. I had people asking me when I trolled them "Hey aren't we suppose to have 1 LB bar when Andabroyournamesucks is almost dead?" in AK. BTW that dude died to Imminent Catastrophy trying to cast LB...
I pop it when someone drops an orb on the last pillar in AK when a catastrophe is coming.

Sadly it is almost always better to explode something with a dmg limit than it is to tank limit. Almost always...
At the end of our Coil groups we split into two teams of 4 and duo Q for Ifrit. The two teams race to see who can kill it faster after killing all 4 pugs by not interrupting eruption... I like to limit snipe the dps post nails, lol.
It should allow you to survive things (even barely) like people doing poorly on Ifrit nails (not that that's acceptable for people to do poorly, but if a mage LB can one shot them, nearly, a tank LB should allow you to ride through the damage after, should you not have a mage.
Level 2 LB should mitigate damage taken by 30% and protect the group from Severely Damaging Attacks (80%+) for 10 seconds or until the effect is consumed.

The only place I use it consistently is after the nails are dead in HM Ifrit. After using LB3 on the nails, killing them all will build the limit back up to at least LB2 (sometimes you can get LB3) before he uses Hellfire. It mitigates a large amount of the damage, and you still have enough time to re-build back to LB3 again by the time DPS need to finish him off.
