Lightning Strikes Event

I don't really understand all these high level players getting angry at the low level players for expressing their frustration with the level requirements of this event, but really, if to twerk down the level of the quest is seen as a PUNISHMENT to the high level players (unless by 'punishment' they meant to know that everyone can get the items they can...), there are easy twerks that could be done that would make everyone happy.
