Question: Can you earn the Otherworldly Parcel more than once, and turn them in for a weapon more than once? Or, do I have to pick only a single weapon reward?

I'd like to know this, too. I've completed the quest once, then just ran to do the fate again, but I got no parcels the second time I did the fate. Are you guys going to make the quest repeatable (hopefully!) so that we can get more than one weapon on our characters?

Yes you can. I have all but one weapon right now.
You get two packages per fate (for a silver or gold rating).

Also remember, the fate only counts for the event, if Lightning shows up. About 25% of the way in, Lightning either shows up, or doesn't. If you don't see her dialogue across your screen, that means it is just the regular version of the fate, and you won't be getting the tokens. From what I've seen however, is it goes every other spawn. So if she doesn't appear, if you wait, she'll most likely be in the next one.

I will sound stupid, but I got the gloves, but no weapon... where can I get the weapon? I have an Otherwordly Parcel in my inventory.

TrystWildkey and Foxydoe, apparently you can redo the actual FATE multiple times. I went through it twice (with a few times in between with the fate started without Lightning appearing) and got four Otherworldly Packages (2 for each time). You just have to get Silver or Gold rating to get the packages if I understand correctly.

This game is not a cartoon, therefore they are characters, avatars, personas, etc. but they're not "toons."

I say toon just because I know how much it makes people's blood boil over such an absolutely meaningless and trivial term. Of all the things to worry about, this ranks about the same as being mad at the sun for not being green.
