Error 1016 PLEASE HELP!

Hello I have been having the 1016 issue for almost 2 weeks now. I've tried everything tech support has told me. Forwarding router ports, different computers, different connections, re install etc. It has come to my attention that the game cannot locate my character Elk Lander on Hyperion i logged out in my inn room and when i try to re log i don't see my character data just his name and it is grayed out and won't obtain the world. I have called Customer Support 2 times and Tech Support 5 times and they all have said now it is a bug problem. I have also filled out in game bug report and on through tech support. Please help me resolve this issue. My ticket number is 3130853 if you'd like to look into my ticket. In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
