    Just so you know, a community rep is either gong to respond or not respond to your post based on 1) the content and 2) if he actually has an answer to give. Putting [Dev] in your topic title will not increase the probability of a response.

    Also, as they generally have to check with and translate messages from the JP team, you generally won't get an immediate response even in the best of cases. So about that "by midnight tonight" thing, good luck.

    Even if you create a new ID I'm sure you can set up another user on the system using the old ID if it turns out you need it. A system as advanced as the PS4 ought to offer a multiple user function... right?
