Harder bosses isn't really the sort of engagement I'm looking for. I'm fine with it sure, but I want to see more living world concepts.

In all honesty, I'd like to hear some of the concepts you're referring to.
Though, I could do with a card mini-game, myself. Beat monsters, they have a chance to drop a card. Use said card in the card games. That'd give me a reason to want to go wrangle ol' Batraal down again sometime. But I'm rambling.
Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?

Well for starters he may be referring to the concepts stated by the OP if you read the post. Open world bosses, raids, NMs, vast zones, so on and so forth. In all honesty, I'd like to hear some of the concepts you're referring to.

To everyone wanting to turn this thread into a suggestions for a better game to the Devs, I only have to say lolz. SE is and always has been the king of don't give a crap what the customers want, hell when does any company really listen? Look at how SWG ruined there own game, how WoW went from hard to easy mode and started bleeding subs. The consumer base doesn't matter to any of these guys. Its just a bunch of suits at the top making decisions on games they don't play and don't care about as long as its turning a profit. Its nice to pretend that we have a say in making a better game. But if you really believe that I have a bridge I can sell you real cheap.

"Maybe", but I'm rather fond of Gramul's opinions in particular. There's a probability he may have just a pinch more to add. I'm interested in hearing details. But yes, I've read the OP. There's no harm in asking another's addition though, right?
Also, Yurikitty, I suppose I can beg to differ. I mean, they did just give us the Moogle Pop-up books that was requested not long ago. I'd like to count that in as "listening" a little. Lol. I think it counts.
Well... "Common" sense isn't all that common anymore, now is it?

Hey bro do what I do, Play RO lol.

Ill post them later tonight. I got work to get back to.

I add my voice to the OP. I've listed this numeral times already in previous threads, so I'll be brief:
I miss vast wilderness outside the hubs = sense of adventure and exploring.

I only played vanilla WoW, but as much as people say that ARR is made "easier" for having copied WoW, I think there are a few small things I remember that I wish they had copied; I think they made open-world content much more fun.
1) None of this single pull crap. If mobs were sitting next to one another, if you pulled one, you pulled them all. Not only did that make CC vital, but it fostered a small sense of camaraderie with players in the same area. A lot of the time, you had to work together to take down quests because they were honestly too difficult to solo. I just about never see players simply helping other players kill their mobs in ARR outside of a FATE.
2) Elite mobs. Those things were scary!
3) Tethering in ARR means if I ever find myself in danger, I just pop sprint, run a little ways away, and -tada- I'm safe.
4) The fact that mobs actually dropped loot =P
To be honest, a lot of the complaints about XIV stem from the fact that endgame currently consists of running the same FATEs and instanced content over and over and over. Some improvements to open-world content would go a long way to alleviating that.
If you had to choose between a million dollars and saving your best friend...what would be the first thing you'd buy?
