I don't consider sleeping late a mistake at all. I think assuming the healer is going to dps the tonberry instead of heal the tank because he is relying on the blm to sleep immediately could turn into a disaster. Not to mention the chance the tonberry doesn't die fast enough or somebody breaks the sleep because they AoE or the sleep missed some targets.

The key to ANY good run is reducing as much damage as possible without sacrificing DPS. Thanks for the tip, but I think it is safe to say that is the goal in a majority of groups, not just a speed run.

I find it hard to believe giving a healer a bit of dps uptime is a game changer for PUG's doing WPSR. I would consider that when going for runs under 9 minutes, not a simple guide for BLM.
