I just bearly reached 50 (can't say I like that you have to be 50 to post here but i digress) here are the things I have to say about the game so far. I really enjoy the game and really only am going to go over a few minor things that I think would just polish the experience.

1. Mounting: I have to hit the mount button again if I want to cast a spell or interact with anything. If your particular coding prevents a easy fix for this might I suggest, just auto dismount when trying to interact with a quest giver or when attempting to cast a spell this is a super annoying thing.

2. Fate Syncing, Dear sweet baby jesus please allow a option for automatic fate sync. HUGE quality of life change.

3. Allow the Recomend Menu to be something you get at level 1, the game is a bit hard to navigate at the start. Had to learn from others to get my class quest, and various other things that would have been very helpful to know at the start.

4. No voice acting was a huge turn off for me in the story line, I did not even bother to watch any of it or read it. That of course is a personal preference, but it makes the game feel cheap and unfinished in my eyes.

5. Really more something that would be cool but... It seems like there where different casting animations in 1.0, a option to let people switch between them might be cool. I think i prefer the hand to head casting animation from white mages (dunno if it was like this for other casters)

Over all everything else is really nice and I have enjoyed my experience in this realm. I say this as its really the only MMO other than wow that I have stuck with till at least level cap.

I can get aboard with this. Several times I ran in and kept trying to target a mob saying WTF!!

I'm not sure auto syncing is the answer...maybe just a more visual way to notify.

Oh and I'd like to add, customer service is sub par for a company of this stature. Please allow people that ONLY speak english to apply aswell, and don't force people to be bi-lingual like your doing in Europe. I think your team is under staffed and should be broadened as your subscriber base is. I understand that taking in bi-lingual people for customer service is cost efficient but at modern world atleast here in Europe, only about 20% can speak&write English and f.e. French fluently.

I know that this is the only sub-forum with the word "Feedback" in the title, but does no one else actually read the other words in the title and wonder "hey, maybe this relates to feedback about the website and not the game"?
