I need help big time assistance please!

Hi i've been playing this game since the beginning, Original XIV and RRB XIV..
I was in the beta, extended beta, early access and the first month it was out.
I hadn't been able to pay for subscription after the first month due to finances and i've finally gone ahead and done it. I log in, it patches the new patches i wasn't able to patch right.
I get onto the executed play button. I click it aaaanndddd..

I'm hit with nothing but slow Square enix black screen. The Play, Opening movie, Configuration and exit screen is slow as heck the buttons are highlightable but i can't click anything? It's just not doing anything? I had it going at one point and some how fixed it? no clue how? I've gone into it again and now some problem.. can't click a thing? What the hells going on, i've only just paid for subscription.. i don't want to regret putting my trust into a pay to play title only to have my money taken.

Uninstall.
Delete game folder in program files.
Re-download and install.

already done that, the games lag or like slowness has gone
still no longer able to click anything?

Maybe you have something that it's slowing down your pc? Tried checking the task manager? Or running not in fullscreen mode?

See i thought of that, but nothing is overhauling the pc usage, the processors are fine, nothing over 100k. When i got it working fine the first time had it reduced to windowed mode, still no luck? Like literally confusing, it's been like this and then in a freak moment had it working properly and then closed it down, opened it up and it's bad again?

So literally have completely fixed the fact that it was slow. Now it's all nice and smooth.. Still can't click anything? It all highlights at a normal rate and everything even the music is nice and smooth. But i can't click anything? I can't resize the windowed mode? Like i go for the minimize, maximize and close option and it still sticks itself in the cursor like thing. Nothing is working, i'm about to ask for my subscription money back. One of my mates said that it could be a screwed patch code. However his is fine. He's playing it on a 2.4ghz computer? How is my 3.2ghz not able to do anything with this, but it's able to play any game ultra graphics. Can't say something slowing it since i've got even my anit-virus shut off.. something has to answer this?

Did you also try changing drivers? Or switching card if your friend can provide his one to try?

no i won't be able to do something like that, is there any other information you could possibly provide? The only problem i'm facing is that i can't press anything, it highlights thebuttons but nothing is clickable? I mean, i've only stopped playing for a month, surely playing this game on ultra from the beta remainder, early access and month after it was released, i should still be able to play it properly without problems? right? Every other one of my games are ok?

I know this is a longshot, but do you have any comms overlays on? I found that caused problems for me when I was first playing
