That's disappointing. A FFX HD collaboration could've been much more interesting. Fights with "primals" from another world as the story headline. Would at least get me semi-interested in seeing an Ifrit for the billionth time in this game.

I don't know anyone who DOESN'T cringe at that part.
I don't have to. I've heard that on a loop on a Team Fortress 2 server. It was AGONIZING.

I want Rikku's outfit!!

I'm sorry, this has just become a pet peeve of mine over the years.
People continually focus on that single moment from the entire game and knock it up as a display of bad voice acting while forgetting that the laugh being awkward and bizarre was the point. Tidus is forcing out a laugh when he's at one of his lowest points because Yuna suggested it. The laugh is made fun of by the others in the very same scene. Both Yuna and Tidus let out real laughs immediately after due to realizing how ridiculous they sound/look.
Am I saying that X had spectacular voice acting? No, it was definitely spotty even though it did have good moments. I'm just tired of people bringing up that one freaking laugh and nothing else.

Its a shame that they won't treat this the same as lightning returns. It'll be nice to have a fate or at least an event like haloween
Please keep it that way. FFX doesn't deserve that FFXIV's FATE joke. In fact, it didn't deserve the insulting FFX-2 in the first place, so please stop torturing FFX once and for all. Thanks.
We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing.
