My problem with this amazing game.

I am focusing just on the lack of customization which I think pales in comparison to all popular MMOs currently out.

Customisation is still content, someone still has to still down and create it in such a way that it integrates seamlessly into the rest of the game. Given what I've seen over the last 30 odd years of gaming, that's not as easy as it sounds.
