Unable to buy Crysta with Paypal

I'm trying to buy 1500 Crysta for FF ARR time, but I only have a debit card linked to my paypal with instant transfer, when I confirm the purchase I get

PayPal Express Checkout has rejected your payment attempt. Please select another way to pay. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Any ideas? I've made purchases on alot of thing with the paypal before

I'm unable to buy crysta with UltimatePay.

"The Payment System is currently unavailable due to planned maintenance. Normal service will be restored soon."

Maybe it's the "planned maintenance"...

I always bought Crysta with Paypal. Just got this problem for the first time a few days ago. Never had my payment cancelled like this before.

When I had to buy crysta for my brother I had to use the credit card option of UltimatePay, PayPal gave issues.
Anyway, after a month he found his account on automatic payment <.< And he wasn't the one setting it up since before buying crysta, it gave an error too.
