    Bug in Main Story Arc "Drowning Out the Voices" lvl 46

    There is a Bug in Main Story Arc "Drowning Out the Voices" lvl 46. the last Prime Location at 17x 9Y up on the platform will not work, if you try to use the key item on it an error comes up saying "invalid target". I have tried everything, logging in and out, changing classes, completing other quests. I have been trying for 5hrs, and encountered over 20 people with the same issue in this time span, as far as I know none have succeeded.
