Did not recieve Allagan earrrings of healing.

We were in coil turn 1, I was the only one who rolled on the earrings and when it was over I did not receive them. It came up "unable to obtain item" even though I had inventory space, briefly after this happened my game crashed not sure if that's related. Is there any way to still get them and is the crash related to this?

Same thing happened a week ago with our Turn 1 clear on a DPS earring although I recollected a few people leaving the area before it was distributed. However, this week, we tried having no one leave the area until all loot has been distributed and nothing was lost.

This thing happen to my group as well. i send numerous in game request ( + email / website chat ) for gm to resolve / restore the item , but all was rejected within mins. saying that there is nothing GM can help with this issue. No compensation is given for this bug that considering coil of bahamut is a major progression content

Yeah I tried in game requests and everything as well and I didn't leave the area until the loot thing vanished for me. Ah well that sucks..... Knowing how bad these things are handled compared to other companies I've dealt with puts things I've heard in perspective. Thanks for the info guys.

This is retarded. Considering the small chance to actually get an item you need from coil every week bugs like these should absolutely be felt with.

Ive not had this happend to myself but I can really see this as something people can quit a game for. After all coil is the only interesting progression for some. Take that away and what do you got?

I've had the same thing happen outside of coil - only one who rolled on an item, didn't get it. Submitted a report/request for a restoration, GM was useless - canned response, no explanation as to what had happened or how to avoid it.
