Hi. My names lucus. I've been playing since original FFXIV and FFXIVARR...
I've played the game on the same computer, nothings changed. Everyting honkydory.
I've played through beta, early access and a month in from the release.

I've just paid for more time but to my dismay, i can't play the bloody thing.
I've updated the game, pressed play after it several times telling me that my password needs to be changed, changing it atleast four bloody times. I press play onto the launcher....... aaaannnnd it brings me to the

Screen. Everything is highlightable, but not clickable? It's a in windowed mode and i can't even click the X at the top to exit it. I have to task manager and get rid of the process manually?

Why after all this time playing it, is it suddenly unable to play? I've deleted the game completely, reinstalled? I've updated all my drivers, cleaned my pc inside and out, made so much more room, even though i still have half a terra harddrive of space left. I've swept for bugs and other malware. I've looked alll ooooovvveeer Squareenix help sites. I've made "SEVERAL" tickets to be contacted for information and you bloody assholes don't respond, ever.

PLEASE.. GM or someone that knows what they're doing, please help me. Otherwise i'm going to request my money back on my subscription because this is just awful customer service right up.
