Lol, it's okay. I don't even remember the point I was making anymore. Hope your head feels better.Well damn, I am sorry I do have an extreme headache right now. I know end game content isn't there right now and with it being an MMO launch it's something that needs waiting for. For those people, if there's nothing to do and you can't find anything to do, just unsub ( nothing wrong with that), and wait for more content to be poured in before coming back.
Again I do have a headache right now, so I am sorry if I "misinterpret" what you say ( or anyone for that manner :P)
Nothing.
Play something else I guess till' 2.1 or wait for the Light event tomorrow.
I have not logged in in 2 days.
Game is boring, while I like crafting I'm not really going to stay on a lot when I know
there is hackers and shit ruling the world. Game has so many problems.
:c
exactly how I feel , Its almost painful having to log in run stuff just to get tokens for some future item . About 3 months worth of farming the same dungeons for some extra stats .
take it easy on the game..
or just walk away and set yourself free..
don't try to do it gently just to please SE..
take it easy on the game..
oh wait.
Yup best way is to set yourself free, no reasons to keep playing once you "finished" the game with the main story. Check back after 2-3 big patches when they make a lot of adjustments to ease the mind numbing grind, play for a month then set yourself free again. You really do not need to play this game every day of every month, 2-3 months per year is more than plenty.
Take a break, come back later.
Remember this is just a game. You should be having fun.
I just want to point out that who here thinks it is even remotely possible to create enough content to keep somebody who plays 12-18 hours a day everyday busy? That's 372-558 hours of gameplay a MONTH. In what world is that possible? Studios spend 4 years and millions upon millions of dollars to create games nowadays that will last you all of 20 hours.
I'm not defending SE for anything here, I'm just saying they made a hell of a lot of game for a built-from-the-ground-up MMO that took a little over 2 years to release. I don't see how it's possible to expect anything more than we got.
The strategy of older MMO's was to make leveling extremely slow in the beginning so that even the hardest of the hardcore players would take a couple of months to reach max level. By then they'd be adding new content regularly and as the amount of endgame expanded, they would make it easier to reach max level.
Problem here is a lot of players *started* at max level and the game is designed so that not much effort is required to reach 50 anyway. Square Enix designed this game with a brand new MMO worth of content and a progression system of a 5-year old MMO.
If only SE didn't make this game so easy.
I guess everyone will be happy. The "End game" here is too "cute" compared to the previous game where I came from.
