The only time I have this problem is in Darkhold. Last boss the second bar usually fills before or right after the last crystal is destroyed. If someone is adamant about me using it right away (as long as the last crystal is gone) I'll go ahead and do it. But I much prefer to wait until he's at least at 20% because he tends to get more aggressive the lower his HP.

Other bosses are like this too. Also wonder why people tell me to LB the first or second boss in a dungeon when it will only save the party 30 seconds and is better off saved in case of something going wrong.

EDIT b/c person above me brings up a good point: My last comment is about people who tell me to LB when a boss like Locksmith or the second Darkhold boss has a sliver of HP left.
