    Oh dear, I was afraid of that. By chance, there wouldn't be a way that doesn't involve grotesquely large long distance charges, would there? At this rate, it'd be far cheaper to just keep trying to guess what I made my password. I appreciate your help, at any rate.

    Aside from signing up for a skype account and using it to make the call, I can't think of any.
