Random 90000 error with no warning

Playing FFXIV: ARR and suddenly get kicked off the Odin server with an error 90000 saying that the connection was lost. Please note that there is NO warning here. I have little to no lag ever. No rubberbanding. It's just a random disconnect and I can't find out why. I have a custom built computer with core i7 @4.2GHZ OC with a Radeon HD 7970 Video card, so I can't imagine it being my computer. I have a pretty good internet speed with a 3 Mbit upload speed and 12 Mbit download speed. Can't imagine it being that either. How do I diagnose this? Or how do I fix it? Or maybe it's a problem on SE's end? I live in eastern Montana btw. Don't know if that affects anything other than latency.

Also forgot to add that once it kicks me off, IT WON'T LET ME LOG BACK ON FOR ABOUT TEN MINUTES. It says that I'm already logged on and won't let me in until the "logout process completes". It's a huge nuisance especially when it happens in the middle of dungeons and such. It happened six times to me today and I finally got tired of it. Also my cousin Yort Tabb on the same server as me is having some crashing issues with the ps3. Not sure on the details there though.

GRRRRR MAKE THAT 7 TIMES RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF A DUNGEON

8 now. Just kicked me off again. I'm getting off now this is rediculous.

I'm getting EXACTLY the same problem i haven't done any adjustments to my PC or Internet setup. I've reset my router 2 times, the router is fine im on Virgin Media Fibre optic ethernet Cable broadband. The problem has been happening for about about a week now. When it booted me i got a Contact customer support message so i contacted customer support and guess what!!!...They said sorry you'll have to contact Technical support!!. Ok i agree it seems its a Technical Support issue but then why do they tell you in game to contact customer support it gives the impression that it seems they don't know what they doing!. I am honestly getting fed up to my back teeth of the faults with this game its been what 4 months now and we still getting Error code 90000 and sever lag issues. I also made the big MISTAKE of signing up for this game for 180 days if my Error code 90000 issue wont go away i'm demanding a refund. when SE had all those troubles at launch i defended them "Things will improve the game is new i said" but now its getting to the point where it's becoming a joke. PLEASE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!..

Edit:- Im on Cerberus Euro server and i live in the UK
