Menu button responsiveness, specially on crafting windows

Not my topic, but I'll chime in with the info for the synth portion, at least. . .

50 is when I started noticing, but this doesn't matter, I'm sure

Uldah, just because that's where I craft. I'm sure I could reproduce it anywhere, though

Steps:
1. Complete a synth with enough mats to do the synth again
2. Push Down + Enter to go into the recipe list for your next synth
3. As soon as the screen pops up, press enter again. It will look/sound like you just pressed the button to do the top synth of the list.
4. Wait a few seconds, then realize that the command didn't go through
5. Press the button again. Watch as mats get loaded.
6. Synth as normal. Repeat from step 1 to reproduce as desired.

It is because the menus are latency dependent... There is latency delay to selecting any command, weather it be crafting or vendoring something to a merchant. I've accidentally vendored wrong things because I clicked faster than the latency.
