To be fair, I liked CV back in the 8 bit era. SotN was good though.

if right now ,u were force to party in order to lvl up..... =/ , FFXIV population isnt that big in order to keep partys going on...

thats why Level sync was implemented...........because a old game where some new players join or level up new jobs , but no enough ppl to party with...

FFXIV need something like that , party camps / dungeons or something in order to improve party play

partys need to be fun ,and easy to form (improved LFG) , give better rewards vs soloing (better SP , gil ....) and encourage cooperation, no zerg fest.

Being able to solo an entire MMORPG isn't fun either.

Killing 100,000 mobs with a group = more fun, then soloing 100,000 quest which are all Collect X items, Kill X mobs.

All in all soloing quest is not fun, my reason I can't stand playing WoW or Rift more then 1hr at a time, it just gets mind numbing doing the same quest over and over with a different text, with no communication outside talking to a npc.

Being able to solo makes things convenient and should be available for some content.

Being forced to group up with others creates a challenge.

I find grouping and challenges in the end to be a far more rewarding experience, well worth the time making friends and getting those friends together to engage these encounters. It's why FFXI was good, even though you had to wait sometimes hours for a party.
