I can't help but notice that as fast as SE fixes things, people find new things to whine about.

The problem this game faces is because of the poor launch, which I think we can all agree with. But nothing is going to change in this community until the game hits
'rock bottom', and by that I mean until the current whinerbase decides they've wasted enough of their life and ruined enough people's good moods and move on to something else.

It doesn't matter what SE does in the next year or two, because this is about psychology, not about game flaws anymore. People chose how they would view this game very early on, and every forum post and comment they've made since then has been to defend that position.

So it doesn't really matter what SE does, the fact is the community is going to be negative and full of complaining for at least another year I would say, at which point ultimately these losers will move on to something else to vent their life's frustrations on, and then we will be able to build a new community based more on objectivity and enjoyment of the game, than endless whining and defending of the game against whiners.

Now I sincerely hope that SE waits for the PS3 release until that transition occurs, otherwise it stands a high chance of being prolonged a lot longer, and I think in the long run they will find themselves with less subscribers.

So all those who have hope for this game, whether you play right now or not, hang in there. Eventually we will have some semblance of peace in our community. Until then, let's just petition SE for a way to ignore forum users like we can ignore people in game.
