Lost Inventory Items for No Apparent Reason

Steps:

1.I was just walking around, then I noticed I lost first 3 slots worth of items in Page 1 of my inventory. I did not make much of it.
2. I simply moved 3 items from another page to replace those 3 slots.
3. Later, I crafted a few HQ items and traded them to a friend.
4. I don't know whether or not the error occurred before or after that, but I had noticed I again lost 6 of my first slots in Page 1 of my inventory.
5. The first 3, then 6 slots in Page 1 of my inventory seems to have disappeared into the air.

Items lost: (Rough guess of how much at the time of loss)

Stack of Mulled Tea (~94x), Blue Cheese (~97x), Gysahl Greens (~96x), X-Potion (~15x) and X-Ethers (~15x), Grade 4 Carbonized Matter (~94x) and Cobalt Rivets (99x)

I made 100% certain to check all my storage areas. I did not discard any of those items nor consume them in battle/crafting during the short duration before I noticed I had lost quite a few items.

Probably am, wouldn't be surprised at all given all the hacks people have been using without any consequence.

Since I'm 100% sure that I didn't use/throw away/sell/store those items, they can't have possibly just vanished into thin air. Some hacker must've got them.
