Steps:
1> open chest
2> press need
3> wait in dungeon.
4> error "unable to obtain Heavy Allagan Flanchard"
5> report bug to website support , referred to Ingame GM , reported to Ingame GM
6> Finish Coil of bahamut turn 3 and 4 , finish Ak . Finish WP , no reply from GM.
7> sleep.

- waiting for roll/ballot to end.
