There is a discrepancy on the "Lightning Strikes" event site (http://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...tning_Strikes/).

Chapter 1's quest location mentions an unknown "Peter Winsome", but certainly that should point towards the Harbor Herald's very own Petyr Winsome instead, who also happens to have written the initial article.
