Cannot Post

Can a mod move this to the bug section. I cannot post anywhere else on this forum and I don't know why. This is a pressing issue.

Frequency: Once

World name: Sargatanas

Character name: Project Stfu

NPC name: Auriana

Monster name: Not Applicable

Class/Level: Scholar Level 50

Party or solo: Party of 3 Players

Area and coordinates: Mor Dhona at X:22 Y:8

Problem Description: When the second of the three required Thavnairian Mists required for the relic +1 was purchased, an additional item was purchased that was not present as an option on the screen.

Steps:
1. Select the Thavnairian Mist.
2. Press the purchase button.
3. Receive the message on the screen:
You obtain a bottle of Thavnairian mist.
The valor coronet is placed in your Armoury Chest.
4. Confirm both items were received, the mist in inventory, and coronet in the armoury.
5. Confirm the Allagan Tombstone of Mythology was consumed.
6. Called on phone, submitted in game ticket, no reply ever received,

Goal: Remove the coronet from inventory and return the Allagan Tombstone of Mythology. OR trade unintended item for one of equal value. Resolve the known issue.

Please reply, I feel like I am being completely ignored and losing out on 2 weeks of gameplay because of stolen tomes.

It's a known bug.

If I'm not wrong you can only use the single item restoration function that every player has.
You would get the item replaced with the one you want item but no tomestone will get reimbursed.

I know its frustrating but I would save that item restoration for more important items and go farming again.

that is a known bug and more than a week and a half worth of tomes they should fix it they are just being lazy like with everything else if they make him use his 1 time restoration
