The bad thing is its usually the worst equipped people in the raid that quit. It is because they know they are gimp and are not looking for a party to work on titan they are looking to get carried. But there are some legitimate reasons to quit parties is some really horrible players out there in the duty finder, worse then anything I have ever seen short of F2P MMOs even the dreaded WoW never had this bad of players not only in terms of skill but attitude.
