Main Story Quest Bugged <Drowning Out The Voices>

On realm Excalibur
the "prime location" on the hilltop for the quest "Drowning out the Voices" isn't allowing players to use the quest item on it hindering progression in the story

There was a hole group of people there when I showed up trying to interact with the prime location up on the little hill. Wouldn't work for any of us. Turned in multiple reports but no luck.

I didn't see any updates in the links you listed, Furlamseere, perhaps I'm not looking at the right threads? I do hope it's going to get fixed, but is there something that can be done manually in the meantime?

Currently having the same issue. Another large group was gathered around the "Prime Location" not too long ago; so I don't think it's an isolated issue.
