@Amsai problem is the system if halfass and that why i think it does not work if they took the time to fix it ok but many players don't like it they want to have specified role in a party ok you are a tank that all you can do type of thing. Most ppl hate that fact that there no real FFXI names in the game beside lancer and bird in the storyline which make a lot of hardcore players fan sad. I know for one would like ff names over what we have now i don't mind with any system i just think specified class system give more of a storyline with gear,quest and overall gameplay vs hybrid system. Just make a few class that can do it like Red mage which is jack of all. as long as they don't make the mistake how they did it in FFXI where RED mage was useless in fighting because of lack of real dmg with swords.


Also do you know how hard is to balance a hybird system vs specified ? i don't want every big update to out balance a hybrid and oh now i can't tank? oh ok next big update oh shit now i can't DPS? when in specified they can just make you tank better or suck at it more but you still can tank matter what they do too it.
