Delivery Moogle - Not able to send, delete, or function

Hi,

Today I was filling some crafting orders that I do for my FC mates (They mail me gil, I mail them back sets of gear) and it stopped letting me send mail to any player.

I'm well aware of the 4 unopened mail with items in it, etc. limits.

But, this is something entirely different, the items don't even bounce back into my armory chest, instead, they don't even "move" into the Moogle. I get the message "Unable to send mail"

I also am getting an error where I am unable to Delete mail either. "Unable to delete mail."

This all seemed to start after i got a weird game freeze followed by a 90000 error that happened while I was talking to a moogle. So, I assume it is my account based somehow?

Thank you BlueCoconut for your post outlining the trouble you are having the mog mail.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information. You will not be able to reply, so once you have gathered the requested data please create a new bug report thread.
