in 1.0 they pretty much just gave you a gobbue as you hit level 20 which you did not have this restriction like in ARR where you have to do the level 20 gc quest where you farm the 2k seals to get the chocobo issuance.

Im sure some can adapt to any class. Not all!
So Yes rather get the experience needed to keep group alive vs. Being a lvl 50 that doesnt heal well or a lvl 50 doesnt hold agro etc.
I have seen ppl without job class at 50

Again to each is own. Dont think Fates were designed to be ppl only way of lvling.
My post mainly reflects the greed factor now in fates that to me is what is funny
