    on how supposedly there investigation went?

    Its been a couple of months now and haven't heard anything back. And the latency just continues to get worse.

    Have you ever contacted your ISP tech support? That's why we haven't heard anything. They aren't very cooperative with their own customers, let alone a Japanese game developer.
