Steps:
I use the controller set up. When changing from any job to paladin the static hotbar on which my paladin actions are set changes from what is saved. Two of the slot will change from my preset actions to materia meld actions. It is always the same two slots and so far has only happened when changing from other jobs to paladin but has happened a number of times. There was another thread on this matter but the person had not posted using the bug report form and so the topic has been moved and I could not reply there.
