Trade Timer / Loot Master -> Can we have it?

So far, we manage ok without loot master. But occasionally we get someone who greeds something on accident and everyone else already passed except the guy who was suppose to roll greed. And the guy who accidentally rolled greed rolls higher and gets the item and the guy who was suppose to roll greed waits 4 more weeks before it drops again....

It would be nice if we could get a Trade Timer like wow implemented where you can trade dungeon loot to people in the group within a certain timer window (think it was 90 minutes).

Better yet, make it so gear in dungeons doesn't bind to anyone and is tradeable until someone equips it or leaves the dungeon.

Also a Loot master mode would be nice where one person is responsible for who gets what to prevent foul ups.

Many people who raid in static groups are Comfortable with the idea of a Loot Master and some sort of looting system. We should at least have the option.
