I've heard the quest that you can access from the Waking Sands after clearing turn 5 of Bahamut's Coil refers to battles against extreme mode primals.
Will clearing turn 5 of bahamut's coil be necessary in order to access extreme mode primals ?

Will we be required to farm items to enter like in 1.0 HMs which would indirectly promote the return of spiritbond parties? or can i finally get rid of my inferno tapers, unmarked keystones and vortex headdresses?

Will we ever see things like a higher difficulty Ultima similar to the raven, nevermore in difficulty and battle length
Will we be able to use Limit Breaks in these fights or will part of the extreme be to do it without?
will these fights be unscripted and truly random in the order of attacks?
will there be more variety to some of the attacks (ex: more patterns for bomb boulders in titan)
Yoshida's plan was to tone down the difficulty of end-game content as new stuff is released. Will the addition of Extreme mode Primal battles also bring a decrease in the difficulty of HM Primals?
I have defeated them all myself, but let's be honest, Garuda could use some tweaking, and trying to get a Titan win can be weeks of unnecessary frustration for many people.
Usually in FFs/RPGs when you fight a boss in a more powered up incarnation that usually means fighting on a more treacherous multi-level battle field against an increasingly oversized version of that boss; so can we see these types of additions to harder versions of fights? (think: Kefka or Ultimecia, how many forms they take on)
What type of loot (armor, accessories, weapons) will extreme primals drop and what item level will they be?
How will extreme primals fit into endgame progression? Something done pre Bahamut's Coil, or after ?
